At Waitwhile, we aim to uphold the highest standards when it comes to consumer privacy and compliance. As part of this, we are rolling out a mandatory notice to all customers that receive SMS texts via Waitwhile informing them on how to opt-out of further SMS texts.

It will appear at the end of the SMS and normally say "Reply STOP to end" like below:

This will not only ensure continued compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) but also reduce the risk of phone carriers accidentally filtering out SMS texts sent from your Waitwhile account.

The default text is "Reply STOP to end" but you are allowed to change this to something else, as long as the "STOP" word is included. For example:

• "Reply STOP to stop further SMS texts"
• "Répondez STOP pour mettre fin à d'autres SMS" (if you want to have it translated to different language)
