Added field for custom IDs for services

We’re making it possible to add a custom ID to services for internal tracking or configuration, called “External ID”. This is in addition to Waitwhile’s automatically generated IDs for services. Configure this under Location settings > Services.

Ability to set flexible booking start times

It’s now possible for staff to add bookings at 5-minute intervals, ignoring current slot sizes when the new setting “Flexible start time” is enabled. While guests must still follow regular slot timing, this provides staff with increased flexibility to schedule appointments at custom times (e.g., 9:15 instead of only on the hour).
