External validation options for Customer details
With external validation, you can now validate input in Customer details fields directly against your system for real-time checks. This helps ensure only valid entries are accepted.
Other fixes and improvements
Waitlist status indicator: This new Resource setting allows businesses to control resource availability across multiple locations by ensuring resources only appear as “Available” on their actively selected location. When enabled, a resource shared across multiple locations will only show as available on the location where they are actively working, helping to prevent scheduling conflicts and improve resource management. Note: This only applies to resources that are shared and connected to a user.
