Calendar enhancements

The calendar page now shows total booking volumes directly next to your selected dates, making it easy to spot when a resource is approaching full capacity. With clearer visibility into active bookings, you can stay in control, reduce confusion, and quickly see your operational load at a glance.

Missing contact info alert

Visit cards and details panels now show a high-visibility warning when essential contact info is missing. Once turned on under Display Settings, this helps staff spot incomplete profiles instantly to ensure smooth communication and eliminate failed notifications.

Small fixes and improvements:

  • Customer Data Controls: We have renamed the "Anonymise customer history" page to "Customer Data Controls" and added visibility for your configured retention periods, making them easier to understand and manage.

  • Resource category filtering: The visit details panel now hides irrelevant categories, showing only the specific resources supported by the selected service to make them easier to understand, select, and manage.

  • Time zone corrections: Visit panel timestamps have been updated from UTC to always display in the user’s local time zone, eliminating confusion and making it much easier for your team to coordinate visits.
