Team notifications with conditionals

You can now use conditional logic to control when staff receive notifications. By delivering the right information from the right location at the right time, you can easily boost staff efficiency and cut down on SMS costs.

Granular user setting controls

Admins can now lock user profile fields like Name, Email, or Notifications. Restricting staff from altering notification preferences gives management sole authority over communication, ensuring critical team alerts are never turned off.

Visit changed notification updates

You can now choose specific triggers, like changes to party size, service, or date, for both customer and internal team notifications. By ensuring everyone stays informed without the extra noise, you can easily increase operational control and staff efficiency.

Chronological notification feeds

We’ve renamed and reordered team notifications and customer messages to follow a chronological timeline instead of alphabetical order. This update makes it much easier to track the guest journey, saving valuable time for admins and making daily management seamless.

Small fixes and improvements:

  • Max Resource Selection: In the settings for each resource category, you can now define the maximum number of resources staff can select, keeping you in control and preventing the unnecessary occupation of multiple resources.

  • Automated Location Transfers: When completing a visit with a single destination location configured, the system will now automatically move the visit rather than displaying a selection pop-up, allowing staff to work more efficiently without manual clicks.
