Experience clearer navigation with an updated platform-wide layout

We’ve introduced a new universal desktop header to make navigation more consistent across Waitwhile. Switch locations from a new location switcher, access Account Overview from the same place (if you have access), and use an updated Resources picker to view status and key actions in one click.

View and manage appointments more clearly with refined Calendar navigation

The Calendar is now easier to navigate with a cleaner layout and streamlined date controls. Jump between dates with the new date picker, and enjoy stable Next/Previous buttons that stay fixed next to the date as you move through the calendar.

Streamlined Visit Operations with a clearer staff experience

Visits are now easier to scan and manage with improved filtering and clearer UI updates. Temporary filters appear as removable chips, key column stats stay visible while scrolling, and updated iconography (including the new double-checkmark) makes actions easier to distinguish.

Cleaner Analytics charts

Charts are now easier to read at a glance. Labels and values appear directly on bars, reducing clutter and making insights faster to interpret.

New Customer Satisfaction analytics

Explore a new Customer Satisfaction space with CSAT dashboards, score distribution, and satisfaction breakdowns by location, resource, and service — plus an enhanced responses table.

More consistent filters across Analytics

Filters now persist more smoothly between Analytics pages, reducing rework and keeping your context as you navigate between views.

Other fixes and improvements

  • Improved navigation and sorting in Analytics tables

  • Clearer chart terminology across Analytics and Reports

  • Improved “Move Visit” accuracy when moving visits between locations

  • Updated chart info icons, sub-page navigation, and print options across Analytics
