New native mobile apps for iOS and Android
Our new iOS and Android apps arrive in early February, bringing all the speed and features of Waitwhile 3.0 to your phone. If you use auto-updates, you’ll automatically receive them - otherwise, head to the App Store or Google Play to install.
Add bookings to Apple Wallet for easy access
Customers can now save their bookings to Apple Wallet with a simple tap! Enable an “Add to Apple Wallet” button in emails and on the booking confirmation page for quick access, location-based reminders, and a seamless branded experience. Now available for iOS (Apple Wallet), with Google Wallet support coming soon!

Introducing Schedules for easy staff availability management
Schedules is a dedicated Settings page that allows admins to define both one-off and recurring availability (weekly, bi-weekly, every three weeks, or monthly) for resources and services. Updates to shared resources automatically sync across all locations, providing a simpler, more centralized way to manage staff and service hours.
